NCMB Privacy Policy
This document applies to all personal information held by NCMB as the controllers of your personal data.
NCMB refers to the following firms jointly who are joint controllers of your personal data:

This privacy policy does not cover how any other JPA International firm handles personal data. All JPA International firms are independent entities.
1. Data Controller
The data controller under GDPR is NCMB as defined above.
2. What is GDPR?
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data.
3. What is Personal Data?
Personal Data is personal information about an individual. We collect such information about customers for relationship management, statistics, and marketing, and about employees for employment purposes.

We will not process special category Personal Data unless authorised by law, and only for specified purposes on a lawful basis.
5. Controllers and Processors
A Controller determines the uses of Personal Data. A Processor processes Personal Data on behalf of a Controller.

We collect Personal Data through browsing (cookies), contact forms, client onboarding, and employment processes, always on a stated legal basis and with defined retention periods.
7. Storage and retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and professional obligations.
