NCMB is approved by the Malta Gaming Authority to provide statutory audits and agreed-upon-procedures (AUP) reports to gaming operators. While gaming audits require a technological aptitude, certain gaming operators are now also obliged to present separate reports on agreed-upon-procedures by approved auditors.
AUP reports are mandatory for B2C license holders and must be submitted annually to the MGA not later than 6 months from the licensee’s financial year end.
